Are we still open? Yes of course, we are here to support you through this tough time and continue processing your tax returns and assisting you to run your business.
Sadly from Thursday 6th of August we cannot sit down face to face with you anymore but just because we are locked down does not mean we cannot do our job and help you.
For Individuals: We can prepare your tax return after a phone or video interview, please let us know your preference when you book in to see us.
For Businesses: We are here to support you during this tough time, we can meet with you via a Video Meeting or phone call. We are across all of the Federal and State government initiatives and can assist you in applying for JobKeeper, State Grants and Business Loans. There will be many businesses that did not need these subsidies but that all of a sudden do.
If you have not tried Video Meetings there is nothing to be worried about, we can work with any video conference facility and it can be quite a good option. At least on a video call you don’t need to wear a mask so we can actually see each others face. If the technology is too much for you there is nothing wrong with a simple phone call!
